So I had the S20 ultra for a while. After some time I dropped it and the touchscreen won't work anymore. I could use it using a mouse with the c type adapter. I left it on a charger for a while. Bought a new phone and transferred everything. Although that's what I thought. I found out I did not transfer my files from secure folder. (These are pretty important) So I thought let's use the phone and transfer them. That's when the problem occured. From the moment I turn my phone on everything goes well. No problems, I can move the mouse and so on. From the moment I enter my 4digit code to unlock the phone the phone freezes... And reboots. Also when I slide the notification bar down and go to settings I enter code and can scroll in settings for 3 seconds then again phone freezes.. I can't enter my phone in anyway. If I hook it up to the pc it would read the internal memory because it's locked. I can't use smart switch because I need to be in the phone. I even can't turn on usb debugging because that requires the phone to be unlocked. I'm trying to get it to work for weeks and hoping some one could help me. I don't care if the phone after doesn't work any more it had it's time. I just need all my files from the secure folder.
