@Dragon21: When you're on a call, have you tried pressing the Volume Up button on the side of the phone, as this will raise the in-call volume. If it's as high as it can go, try the Diagnostics test in the Samsung Members app as advised by @xSteveuk to see if you can hear yourself clearly (this may be called Interactive Checks). Alternatively, head over to your dial pad and type in *#0283#, then select “Start: RCV_1stMic” and speak into your phone like you’re on a call. Can you hear yourself clearly in the playback?

@Dragon21: Which link are you referring to? If you mean the Diagnostics test, please head to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Mic.

Gently brush the earpiece and speaker grills with a dry, soft-bristled toothbrush to remove dust and debris. You can also use compressed air or a small vacuum for better cleaning.
