Pattern lock

My grand daughter has put a pattern lock on her phone and forgot what it is and the phone also has a parent app on the phone and my daughter who put it on can't remember the details can this be fixed as I've tried the find my phone route with no success I put her Google account details in and it says this account has parent app on it so can't get in to it I've also tried to get into safe mode and do the 3 button factory reset but nothing is working any suggestions please

best you can do is take the device to a local repair shop

You will have to factory reset the device.

I did that today the phone won't recognise the Google account

I've tried to reset the phone it won't fo anything it won't even go into safe mode

Not sure if you are aware but to do this, the phone needs to be connected to a PC for the reset to work.

The guy tried that today in the phone repair shop he said it's got something to do with the parent control app
