Has anyone had this problem, tried force restarting with no luck, fully charged the phone with no joy. Will a new screen sort the problem or is it something else.
I've got the same with an s21. Screen goes black but can hear the volume up and down buttons. Pressing all side buttons at once seems to force restart it but repeats again after a few hours. Just sent fault diagnostics to Samsung
