Hi @Jumping. Please restart your phone in Safe Mode to see if it works during this. If it does, it indicates a third party app is causing the issue. Hold the Power/ Bixby and Volume Down buttons together until Power Off is displayed on the screen and long press on this to change it to Safe Mode then tap on it.

I have tried safe mode, and this has not changed the screen rotation, so I am still unable to use this feature. I have tried resetting the G sensors and no difference.
I am reluctant to return to factory defaults as in my experience, it has caused me so many problems with backups and passwords that I don't fancy doing this.

How do I reset the "G" sensors? I've done Factory Reset and Setting Reset. I just learned how to do a Master Reset. It's too soon to tell if THAT will work.
I'm with you. It's alot of hassle to do Factory and Setting resets. Everything needs to be done again... (I'm sure there's a better way to say that)
I'm determined to find out why only 2 of my Galaxy phones have this issue. Nothing before my A50s had this problem.
My A21 never had this issue.
Restart the phone and it's great. Untill it happens again. I hate restarting my phone.
