Notifications

Keep getting notifications sound but there's no notifications . Any idea what this is?

You need to check the individual app to see if you allowed the notification pop-up

I've done that. If I go to app list it's not showing any recent ones when I've just got the notifications

@Debbers: Do you have any devices connected to your Galaxy S20? Can you try heading to Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Notification Reminders, and toggle this off if it's active?
