allow alarm/notification sound in calls

Hello

i have problem with allow alarm/notification sound in calls

i turn it off but yet still hearing messages notification sounds during all calls

its really annoying please help

Share your feedback. This goes to the development team to consider. (please note however that there are millions of users out there and it may be that others don't want this functionality so no certainty this will change our if it does, how long it will take).

@Ali shalan: Although I appreciate that you may have tried this already, please double check that the feature is disabled by following the steps below. 

Open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call alerts and ringtones > Allow alarm/notification sounds in calls > Toggle the switch to the right so it greys out. 

If the issue persists, please let me know the model name/number of your device (located in Settings > About phone), along with which apps you're receiving notification sounds from during calls, and I will look into this further for you.

I have a problem with allow alarm/notification sound in call

Even after doing all this steps (Open the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Call alerts and ringtones > Allow alarm/notification sounds in calls > Toggle the switch to the right so it greys out.) my alarm still doesn't make any sounds during messenger call/video call.

Is there any way to solve this?
