S21 has no voicemail in the settings

Hello, I have read many posts on voicemail issues with the s21 but can't find one on the exact problem I'm having: I don't get notifications of a voicemail as it just doesn't seem to be a feature on the phone. If I search in the settings for voicemail nothing comes up. I'm in the UK and didn't realise I had bought a refurbished Korean model until it was too late (G991N) and not sure if this could be why it's not there? If I could get the software version not to be Korean would this help? I've factory reset the phone and it didn't help, and I know it's nothing to do with my SIM service as I've tried my card in other phones and I get the notifications. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Risky but try odin and eux uk samsung firmware from sam mobile. I havent needed to flashy software since i had an s7!!
