Hi Team,
I was one of the victims of trade in scam and I was gutted by Amazon who had given trade in device. Before I could complete back up, my device got locked out remotely by Samsung. I have been emailing trade in team and calling Samsung support team with no luck. Can anyone suggest how can I get the unlock code for an hour so that I could complete the back up and send it back to Amazon seller?
