Hello. I have a problem in Samsung Notes app on Samsung Galaxy S20FE. The app always crashes when I try to unlock and open one of my notes. I have this problem only with this particular one note, which was locked by me and I have there quite important things I would like to recover. 🙁 A few days ago everything was fine. 😕
I tried updating, clearing cache, restarting app and phone, exporting (it doesn't work because firstly it has to be unlocked, which doesn't work), syncing with other device (it doesn't even show). I thought my backup in Samsung Cloud will help, but it also doesn't, this backup isn't safe and helpful at all when you can't recover your notes from a few days ago. 🤷
Is there any possibility to open it or recover? Please help me.

Hi @p2002 Welcome to The Samsung Community Ensure there is no issue with permissions, can also check some other advice here :https://techwiser.com/ways-to-fix-samsung-notes-not-working-or-crashing-on-galaxy-phones/
Sometimes there can be a conflict with a third party app or theme, if no issue in Safe Mode would pinpoint recent apps/theme which have been installed (if applicable) https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/
Could also clear the cache partition as that can help with crashes/lags, some temporary cache files become outmoded or even corrupt. These files are deleted but your Data is intact. Follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
