I've recently moved from O2 to ID mobile network in the UK. My once very reliable wifi calling now barely works despite the network offering it and it seemingly enabled. Despite much back and forth with the operator they cannot suggest why it isn't working. Any suggestions that any one could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Hello 👋 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋

Calling Over Wi-Fi is pretty much a Network Driven feature.

Samsung Help Link > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-activate-wifi-calling-on-a-galaxy-smartphon...

As a process of elimination to rule out the phone are you able to try your Sim Card in another phone 🤔

If the same issue presents itself then that then looks like a Network issue ~ Ask them to deactivate and then reactivate the feature to see if that helps.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

A broadsworded approach is >

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
