Samsung members app not working on s21

 

All upto date 

Tried deleting the app reinstalling . 

Clear cache etc but 

Get 2 errors constantly 

 

Server error . Try again later (0)

Or 

Server error try again later 

 

Any help would be great :smiling-face:

Hey @Northern Chewbacca ,

happy to have a look at this with you! Does this happen when the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi connection, mobile data, or with both?

Samsung s20.. why is the volume very quiet when using headphones on a phone call. I have all volumes up to the max

Happens with data and wifi . Its never worked

No prob! Have you tried a Soft Reset, @Northern Chewbacca  This doesn't delete anything from your phone, it fixes any minor issues that may be occurring? To do this, hold the 'Power' button and the 'Volume Down' button, both together for ten seconds and your phone will restart. Let me know if this fixes the issue.

Done the reset and wipe cacge via the phone plugged into laptop . Still same

Have you made sure that your Samsung Account is registered and synced @Northern Chewbacca?

  • If your Samsung account registration is incomplete, locate the registration email that was sent to the email address connected to your Samsung account, and then tap the verification link in the email. 
  • To sync your Samsung Account, navigate to Apps > Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage Accounts, and then tap your Samsung account. Tap Sync account, and then tap Sync now at the bottom.

Nope still getting the same . I know i register a few year ago just never used the app untill now .

 

Looks like ill just have to use the web based version and not the app
