Samsung members app not working on s21
All upto date
Tried deleting the app reinstalling .
Clear cache etc but
Get 2 errors constantly
Server error . Try again later (0)
Or
Server error try again later
Any help would be great

happy to have a look at this with you! Does this happen when the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi connection, mobile data, or with both?

No prob! Have you tried a Soft Reset, @Northern Chewbacca This doesn't delete anything from your phone, it fixes any minor issues that may be occurring? To do this, hold the 'Power' button and the 'Volume Down' button, both together for ten seconds and your phone will restart. Let me know if this fixes the issue.

Done the reset and wipe cacge via the phone plugged into laptop . Still same

Have you made sure that your Samsung Account is registered and synced @Northern Chewbacca?

Nope still getting the same . I know i register a few year ago just never used the app untill now .
Looks like ill just have to use the web based version and not the app
