Hi, my first post here.
So I installed the latest OS update today morning on my S20 FE 5G and after that I have experienced strange touch screen or keyboard issues. When ever I try to write something with my keyboard it just lags or I have severe misspellings. The keyboard frequently doesn't recognize when I press the letter or it writes the same letter two or three times. It's very frustrating!
I have read on another forum users suffering the same issues. Anybody here have same problems?
I have rebooted the phone and changed the keyboard without success. I tested a Touchscreen testing app and it shows the actual touchscreen works very well with no issues. I didn't have any problems before installing the latest update. Any ideas what to do next?
Kernel version: 4.19.113-22378117
Security patch level: Sep 1 2021.

This thread is about S20FE, not S21. Totally different phones and issues.

If you got November security update and it didn't fix the problem, hope that December update will.

I too have this issue and it is very annoying. The problem, as you suggest, is that it is so intermittent. I really struggled to replicate the issue with EE in store and then Samsung. I did video the issue to show them. The best thing they could offer was to send the phone away for tests.

Still having issues. When I try to press the "a" key, it inputs "q" in 4 of 5 times. This is fudging stupid.

Hi,
I've had this issue for months and it WAS super annoying. I just deleted my "Clipboard" and the problem has gone. Typing this message was as fast as pre-saga. Hope this works for others.

How do you delete your clipboard?

Clipboard has nothing to do with hardware and firmware problems of this phone.
Employing what's your clipboard will not fix any problems when it's hardware at fault.
Don't waste your time on this snake oil.
