After I posted on July 21, the Samsung community sent me a link, but when I clicked on it, there was no help at all. Because I can't live without my mobile phone, I bought another Samsung phone. I was busy with work and didn't pay much attention to this S21. It couldn't turn on before. It was the two black photos. In August, it changed to the blue picture with Korean. Now the following screen appears when charging. I tried to restart, but it will continue to return to this interface after restarting, so I can't do anything. It feels like I spent nearly a thousand euros to buy a mobile phone. There is no misconduct or damage, but I can't use it anymore. This makes me very frustrated. I also have an S20 that can't turn on after the update. Samsung has updated the problem, but I have to pay for it, so the new phone I bought is the A40 for 80 pounds, because I think the expensive phone is not worth it.

Hi and welcome to the community, can you elaborate more? I have no idea what you are talking about in your current post.

@Members_TCPS9MH There are no other posts of yours showing on the Community. When you had previous issues did a soft Reset (holding power Button/volume Down simultaneously for around 10 seconds make no diference) and were you able to access Recovery Mode? clearing the cache partition is recommended after updates as some temporary cacche files are outmoded or even in some cases corrupt. if other matters you will need to expand.
