@dukhi1: While I strongly recommend keeping your device up to date, you can disable this feature by heading to Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Auto update system configurations > Toggle this option off.
Please note that, even when toggled off, configuration may be auto updated for safety and security reasons, or to ensure functionality.
You can also head to Settings > Software update > Auto download over Wi-Fi, and toggle this option off if it is enabled.
