It's a wide spread issue, where samsung offered an extended warranty for eligible s21 note 20 devices up until 2023 July, i believe. now have you tried open your phones dialer type *#0*# and run colour test ? If not, try it also, you can try to perform wipe cache partitioning on the phone, run phone into safe mode, if nothing helps I'm afraid you have to replace screen or get a new device. I believe the issue was due to bad soldering and when updating phone, it's overheating and causing these issues, so in most regions, samsung was extended warranty until 2023 for issues like yours.

I had the same issue a few years back which resulted in the screen being replaced.
The issue was the ribbon between the display and motherboard had developed a fault.
You will need the assistance of a Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store my friend.

I am also facing the same, in fact as I heard from a lot of people after updating the phone has green line issues I never updated my phone yet I got a green line this April. then I thought maybe I should update then it'll go away but it didn't, then on 9th May I got another one and today the third one. Really, the worst experience with Samsung. Very disappointing!!!!!!
