My father came into my room, saying my phone wasn’t working. (He’s not very good at understanding technology.) So I took the phone, and his screen didn’t recognize it being touched. Even the fingerprint sensor didn’t recognize it being touched. Luckily, its an S21 Ultra, and that has a pen, and it fully works with the pen. So now he can only use his whole phone using a pen. (Please help.)
What i did to try and solve it
-Updated software and apps
-Restart
-Backup everything
-factory reset
Even after a factory reset it didn't work even made a new account thinking it might be a setting linked with his account 🤔
Too Samsung administration
I did do the Samsung Members' diagnosis, and only the fingerprint didn't work and the touch screen part
His phone screen isnt cracked or damaged other than minor scratches
Sorry, I meant S22 Ultra. He's only had it for a year. I don't understand the last part of what you said. I factory reset his phone because I couldn't figure out the issue, but it didn't work anyway. The back cover is just fine. It sounds like you're referring to an adhesive issue, and I don't see how loose adhesive would affect it.
