Exactly as the title says. I am trying to run a diagnostic on my new S9 Ultra and for some reason i keep getting errors.
I have tried the following
' deleted cache and data
' uninstall and reinstall
' Restart the tablet
' updated all apps in Samsung Store
Currently living in Guernsey

Not yet, and I think it does not help as this reply comes thru my personal mobile phone and this app is working on this phone that does not require the use of vpn. I've read a lot of articles regarding this issue and it seems like there was no real fix to this.
