Has somebody managed to have hands on with your phone allowing them time to download unauthorised software onto it ?
Have you downloaded anything via an apk file ?
Have you recently downloaded Android 12 with Samsung One Ui 4 ?
Look through your phone's apps for anything that looks out of place.
Look in your myfiles - downloaded files.

As a last resort back up and factory reset.
A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store can take a look at your phone.
