Audio via headphones (wired and wireless)

Hi there. Can somebody please help!! I got zero assistance from Samsung online support #sad.

When I connect my wireless bud headphones to my Samsung S20 mobile, the audio sound ONLY plays out of one side (R)

Similarly, when I connect my wired headphones to my Samsung S20 mobile, the audio sound ONLY plays out of one side (R).

However, when I connect my wireless headphones to another Samsung mobile, the audio sound plays out of both L&R ears. Also, when I connect my wired headphones to another Samsung mobile, the audio sound plays out of both L&R ears.

One setting to check is if the left/right balance was modified in Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Connected audio.
