So recently, I got a USB Type C to 3.5mm Female Aux Adaptor (off of amazon) to plug into my S21 Ultra, and it works perfectly with normal headphones (Apple Wired Earphones).
I found some issues when I plugged it into my sound system (Non-Samsung branded). My S21 seemed to think that the sound system was sending signals to pause the songs I played, skip them, and activate the voice assistant. My phone thinks that the sound system is earphones, as it shows up with the earphones icon when I change volume, so I have assumed that it believes that the "buttons" on the "earphones" are getting pressed, like pause, skip song, and voice assistant, so activates the functions. (This doesn't happen with iPhones plugged into the system with a lightning adaptor)
Is there any way that I can trick my S21 Ultra into believing that it's plugged into a sound system, and not headphones, or possibly finding a way to block any button inputs from headphones, so I can play music without it being messed with?
I could not figure it out for the life of me (I tried as many things that I could think of for weeks), so thank you for your assistance!
