Where are you seeing the icon on your phone? For example, is it appearing on a specific app?
You're welcome. @Peppermint1995. From looking at the icon and based on what you described, I believe it is an app icon. However, I can't place this particular app. Have you gone through the third-party apps on your phone to see if it matches the icon?
Additionally, do you have the Notification history switched on? If so, this should help you identify to which app (or service) the notification is associated.
To do this, please open Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Notification history (if it's already toggled on, you should be able to see the recent history. If it's not, please toggle it ON and then you will be able to see future notifications and identify the icon's origin!).
