5G mobile data frequently just stops working in my Galaxy S21 5G Ultra. If I put it in airplane mode and turn on again it works for few mins then again it stops working. I initially thought it was SIM issue, but once I migrated to another provider it is still the same. 5G mostly works fine when connected with a charger which is even weirder. If I disconnect charger, the tower is almost full but 5G Internet stops working after few mins. In the arrows below 5G in signal bar(download arrow also will get greyed out, only upload I see is lit). I never face this issue with 4G/4G+. I have the exynos version. Anyone faces the same issue? What can be the solution for this?

Where are you based? Is your handset a UK model or manufactured for a different region?

Sorry to hear of your issues. Two things to do here:
1. Perform a Reset MOBILE Network Settings on your device (tests MOBILE only and your Network operator settings will automatically refresh).
2. As your device is 3 years old, have you ever Wiped Partition Cache on your device? If not then it is recommended to clear out temporary files lagging your device.

2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I already tried reset network setting multiple times. I will try wipe cache but I am not sure if it's related to this issue. 5G stops working, every 5-10 mins it's so frustrating. I changed my SIM to eSIM to see if it solves the issue but nope it occurs even with eSIM. Basically it should be some issue with optimisation of battery maybe, because if I keep connected to power then 5G is more stable. The moment I disconnect from power, it works for sometime and then stops working.
