Since July updated my phone stopped working. Can't get signal or any Internet, can't receive calls, my network provider says everything is fine. Just paid this phone off in june, now in November and still same issues I'm having to divert all calls to a 11pound Nokia, and ask my children or partner for wifi when outside😂feel like wee kid lol, wish samsung would fix update issues 😩

Hey there

Sorry to hear of your issues. There could be a number of reasons for this but let's try a couple first:

1. Please perform a Reset Network Settings on your device. You won't lose data but you will have to re-enter your WiFi passwords

2. Where did you buy your device? Please locate the IMEI (you may have two) and go to one of the free IMEI check websites to make sure the device hasn't been network locked. (This may happen if the device was bought second hand and the seller claimed on insurance for example).

3. Have you tried a Factory Data Reset?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

I know something has seriously gone wrong with the update I believe. Everything was ok before I downloaded it. So basically its not our fault Samsung need to investigate and get this sorted im certainly not losing all this money due to no fault of our own. I'm wondering if we can remove this update. I will check the Internet and get back to you soon AndreaM87 im not a technician just a joe bloggs lol bless 🙏 ♥️

Hope you have registered your phone with Samsung. If not do it asap. I've looked up to remove update it needs a professional to do this. It's not possible to do it yourself unless you know what you are doing. My suggestion is go back to Vodafone tell them what has happened if no luck there then last resort is Samsung. I honestly wouldn't reset phone ect because its not that it's the software update tbh
