today I find my phone {S21 ultra} is stuck on the Samsung logo screen and will not change of this screen. If I hold down power + sound down it will just reboot to the same boot screen. I can't power it off and I can't access safe mode or recovery mode. Has anyone experienced this issue or go any idea how to fix it? There are no other ways I can interact with the phone other than power and sound down. I have let it run out of power entirely and tried to start in recover mode but it hasn't worked.

If your Samsung phone is stuck on the logo screen, you can try these steps:

Soft reset

Turn off your phone by holding down the Power button, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. Some Android phones require you to press the Volume buttons to power off.

Hard reboot

Press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds. You should feel your phone vibrate when it resets.

Check the charging port

Make sure the connectors in the charging port aren't corroded, bent, broken, or pushed in.

Check the battery

If your phone has a removable battery, check the battery connectors.

Factory reset

This is a last resort that will reset your phone to its original state. It's recommended to back up your phone before doing a factory reset.

If your phone is damaged, you can visit a Samsung walk-in service center or schedule a repair online.

To factory reset an Android phone when it's off, you can use recovery mode:

Turn off your phone

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device vibrates or shows the logo

Use the volume buttons to select Recovery mode or Wipe data/factory reset

Press the power button to confirm

Confirm again and allow the device to reset

Select Reboot System Now after completion

The button combination to enter recovery mode varies by device.

Before resetting your phone, you should:

Make sure you know a Google Account on the phone

Back up your phone on your Google account

Save important files on an external SD card or cloud storage

Log out from all your Google accounts

@MOMN can you take the phone to a Samsung Service Centre  / Samsung Experience Store to be assessed 🤔

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
