Hello on my drop down bar I have a notification saying i am unable to receive emails, I have googled the problems and followed the instructions and still no good! 

 

Any help would be great!

Hey @Ruth9! Can you confirm what device you are using? Also, what email provider are you with? Make sure that you have the Master sync turned on. To do this, please follow these steps: swipe down from the top of the screen > Toggle on Master Sync icon > Go into Email app > 3 Orange lines (top left) > Gear icon > Select account > Sync schedule > Set sync schedule > Auto.
