- I have been attempting to order a replacement phone for over a month, contingent on a promised voucher from Samsung.
- Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I have been met with consistent inaction and unfulfilled promises.
- I have made daily phone calls and sent multiple emails, only to receive the same unhelpful response each time - that someone will contact me.
- I am repeatedly assured that a representative will call me back, yet this has never materialized.
- There appears to be no system in place to track or escalate ongoing customer issues.
The impact of this situation has been severe. I've been without a crucial device for over a month, significantly disrupting both my personal and professional life. The time and stress involved in trying to resolve this issue have been enormous and completely unnecessary.
