Samsung checkout issues with account

I signed up for an app on my TV through Samsung checkout.  I am being debited every month for the app but when I log into it I have no access.  I contacted the app directly who told me they have no record of an account for me and Samsung needs to fix it and Samsung is directing me back to the app's customer service.  I am stuck going around in circles and have paid for this for 5 months with no access.  How do I get help?! Only way to reach Samsung checkout is via an email???

Hi teamcalty,

Have you tried blocking where your payments are coming from? For example, contacting your bank to stop these payments going out or cancel through your banking app?

I always find if I stop payments the company gets in contact with me pretty sharply.

Maybe give that a whirl?
