UK Samsung Upgrade Programme

Can any of you login to the Upgrade Longe?!

I know the programme is discontinued since 2024 but regardless of this, last year (July), I was still able to login and later on to upgrade from fold5 to fold6 since I was in the programme for 4 years.

Now I would like to upgrade again to the new Fold7, but I am unable to login to the lounge (

https://www.samsung.com/uk/samsung-upgrade/ ) and I just get the "Wrong credentials, please try again."error.

I know as a fact that previous years I was able to login and it would tell me when the upgrade time would be, but now can't even login and I am curious if it's just me, or if there is someone else in the same boat as me.

Tried the customer service but they are useless and clueless and can't help with nothing, one of the worst customer services.

As far as I know it's stopped now and that's probably why you can not log in anymore
Samsung now have other ways of going about it now.
I know in January I tried with the S25 Ultra, but it seems that avenue is shut now

There is a new (similar) scheme called Galaxy Club.

i know, but I will lose about £500, since I still have to pay about £1200 for the fold6 and the trade-in price is £735. Not to mention you have to pay a subscription for that service, that is about £200, so by going with Galaxy club I will lose about £750.
So Galaxy Club doesn't help any Samsung Upgrade Programme customer.

i know, but evenso I was still able to upgrade last year in July and it does say that whoever was enrolled will still be able to upgrade 😕
