bought a samsung a52 from officeworks yesterday which promotes that you get some galaxy bud lives with it, i cannot redeem my buds as it always sais "invalid SN AND IMEI" i have tried contacting the samsung promo email but they dont respond, pls help as the promotion ends soon
@Ayden Taylor: Are you attempting to claim via the Samsung Members app when the issue occurs? If so, can you try proceeding with the claim via the following link to see if this helps?
If the problem persists, please ensure that there are no spaces before or after the serial and IMEI numbers, and that the IMEI number is free from any '/' characters. You may also wish to try IMEI 2, which can be found in Settings > About Phone.
