Voucher already used?

Hi all,

I received a Galaxy Store voucher from a Samsung Wallet promo (see screenshot) but when I try to redeem the voucher it says it's already been used (it hasn't). Have checked in the Galaxy Store app and no vouchers have been added. Is there an issue with this promo/redeeming Samsung Wallet vouchers? Not exactly sure who to ask to support for this as can't find Wallet or Store support details anywhere.

I pulled these redemption instructions from the promo's Ts&Cs:

 

To register a received Voucher in the Galaxy Store, Participants must do the following (a “Registration”):

 

a)       From the voucher box in the Samsung Wallet, Participants must:

 i)         Copy the Voucher code through clicking the “Copy” button and click the “Redeem” button at the Samsung Wallet voucher details;

 ii)       Click the “+” button on the Vouchers and Gift cards in the Galaxy Store;

iii)      Paste the Voucher code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ pop-up and click the “okay”; and

 iv)      Then Participant can see the Galaxy Store Voucher in the Galaxy Store voucher box.

 

 b)       If the Participant has already copied the Voucher code and visited the Galaxy Store separately they must:

 i)         Click on the promotional box button (the gift icon in the top right corner) displayed on the Samsung Galaxy Store home page;

 ii)       Click the “Coupons” in the top right corner;

 ii)      Click the “+” button on the coupons and gift cards screen in the Galaxy Store;

iv)      Paste the voucher code in the ‘Add voucher or gift card’ pop-up and click the “okay”; and

 v)       Then the Participant can see the Galaxy Store Voucher in the Galaxy Store voucher box.

 

 If the Participant has completed the Registration in the Galaxy Store, they can use the Voucher for a single in-app purchase transaction in games or apps where Samsung Billing Checkout is used when making the purchase; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited. Voucher must be used within 30 days of Registration.

 

Let us know if that's what you've tried to do, and the exact bit where it's going wrong for you.

Did that, at a) iii. it says the voucher is already used. Voucher was issued 02.06.24 but it's not showing Galaxy Store side. Code hasn't been shared with anyone either, only hit 'Redeem' to go straight to Galaxy Store.

I have the same problem with the £10 voucher. It says its been used when it's not.

I claimed the voucher after getting 3 stamps around 12 hours ago however when I tried to redeem it seems that it's already been used. Just saw 2 other people with the same issue so not sure what's going on here?

@Aklima , Just to confirm: £10 or £5 voucher? (Unsure if you're talking about the same Samsung Wallet Galaxy Store Voucher promo as markdigi or a different one.)
