I have an Odeon cinema voucher expiring this weekend, I tried to use it but the Redeem and Copy Code links don't work. In fact no part of the address in the link given seems to even exist!
How do I get this replaced with a real voucher that works?
Yeah, I have the same issue. And when I press redeem, it sends me to the Samsung wallet offer webpage, then states the store is currently unavailable. It's a bit annoying. I've been trying for a couple of months and it still says the same.
Don't know what that means. But it was issued by Samsung, and the trying to redeem. Takes me to a non-existent Samsung address, so I guess that's Samsung.
Issue is still ongoing. I've also had an odeon voucher from Samsung in my wallet that I wanted to use, clicked the link to redeem it and shows the shopify page doesn't exist
I've reported it twice now, as 2 of my vouchers have had the same issue, "we will respond as soon as possible" and links to the Samsung wallet help page is all I've gotten so far after 2 weeks.
