My phone is a Samsung A15 5G updated to the latest OS version.
All apps are updated, checked both the Samsung Store & Google Play Store
I have a new pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro. They connect to the phone fine and work.
The app loads fine, lets me pick my ear buds and then it goes to a "Downloading software..." screen where I get a prompt: "Unable to install. Unexpected error." with a "Close app" & "Contact us" prompts.
Nothing suggested in their help works, and text support couldn't fix anything. Loaded up an earlier version but the app won't let me run it unless it updates.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet A9+ and the Galaxy Wearable app works fine.
So I am now here asking for help.
edit: There is an app called Galaxy Buds2 Pro Manager that I needed to download also for it to work with my phone. Leaving for anyone else that runs into this problem.
