Help needed. We have a samsung account which system recognises but when we try to access, it asks for a two step verification for a mobile number from many moons ago and we cannot remember the number nor have access to that sim therefore we cannot receive the verification code. We would be happy for the account to actually be deleted and then we could start again but cant do that either. A proper contact number for someone at Samsung might help but cant find that anywhere. Any thoughts on how we could resolve this would be much appreciated.
