How do you make a complaint to samsung about a software download and get a respinse rather than your complai t just being treated as 'feedback' and deleted after a year.

If you're asking about commenting and sharing your dislike of One UI7, you can leave feedback but that's about as far as it will go.

The vast majority are happy with it.
