Not able to register for Samsung Pay+

I am in the UK and recently purchased a Galaxy S25 from Samsung.com. When setting up the Samsung wallet app, I have been been able to add HSBC and Amex cards. For my other cards I wanted to register for Samsung Pay + but when I accept the terms and conditions and click on the ‘go to curve’ button I get error saying ‘content is not available in your region. Please contact content provider to make it available. (9904)’

can anyone please help me here how to activiate the Samsung play plus?

What colour was your 25+ was it any of the samsung exclusives colours like coralred or blueblack and pinkgold these phone are only available from samsung.com or samsung KX im sure someone mentioned this the other day they can't get samsung pay + because they are exclusives from samsung. Com

Quick check, settings, your name at the top, profile, at the bottom look for country/region. If it says something other than united Kingdom, it needs changing (not super easy but you can).

Make sure your vpn is off, try using mobile data.

The error is it thinks you're in the wrong country

The exclusive thing shouldn't matter, unless someone imported them from another country. Eg, mine is an exclusive colour and has samsung pay+ working

I kinda have a feeling someone bought limited colours abroad, then sold them over here. Could be completely wrong, though that error suggests a country issue

Thank you Arianwen27. Following your instructions i tried registering using mobile data and it worked. Account is opened. One question though...do I need to link all my cards again in curve app? I thought whatever cards are in my samsung wallet will get auto linked to pay plus..is that not he case?
