Samsung wallet voucher doesn't work

I have an Odeon cinema voucher expiring this weekend, I tried to use it but the Redeem and Copy Code links don't work. In fact no part of the address in the link given seems to even exist!

How do I get this replaced with a real voucher that works?

Samsung clearly don't care. They want to get you to click, see their name and products to get brand stickiness, and then not deliver on their promises. They've certainly got stickiness with a brand of unethical uncaring practice...

I got onto their twitter support, who did seem like they were trying to help, but I don't think they knew the solution unfortunately and it took so long that my voucher expired. Decent thing would be for Samsung to offer a new voucher but I think those that could make that decision, don't care.
