I am pre-ordering the S25U and went into the Members app and got a $400 voucher for a trade in. When I applied the voucher code in the Promo Code box in my cart it says 'The voucher has already been redeemed in another order - please use another voucher'.

I 100% did not use this voucher anywhere else. Is there a way to receive another voucher?

Sorry to hear you are having issues in ordering. I personally wouldn't recommend ordering from Samsung, based on mine and few others experience. The current trend with Samsung is, they'll take your money and after a week or 10 days cancel your order. Their customer service has gone worse. Used to be great. But if you still want to make a purchase, reach out to support team via chat message, they may give you a replacement code. I thought the code was valid until 6th February!
