Screen Recorder Not Recording Sound

Screen recorder does not record sound when using for example WhatsApp video conference or Zoom Meeting?

Any ideas as to how to capture sound? Video is captured fine.
Device: Samsung galaxy S21 Ultra

If u go to settings advanced features screenshot and screen recorder there's an option in there sound u can put it to media sounds and mic hopefully that helps

Try App permissions or Permission Manager > Microphone and switch on the toggle for Zoom.

In fact when you start screen recorder, it asks you to select from three options. Mine is by default set to media sound and mic.

Thank you Pugs... Checked.. all permissions are ok for Mic.

Its Screen Recorder that needs mic permissions.

why every one is facing this issue I am also facing the issue with my screen recorder it means the device has an issue with the screen recorder that why its not working here they have to give the solution.
