In fact when you start screen recorder, it asks you to select from three options. Mine is by default set to media sound and mic.

Hi all,
this may be down to some privacy settings on the apps are calls and meetings cannot be recorded as least that have been authorised for both parts. I know that you have a feature on the Zoom app that allows you to record the session so this can be shared after that.
