Why is my S21 FE heating up so much!? 

Normal gaming nothing heavy no background apps but heating up like crazy

@AskariMirza786: Some overheating is to be expected when using power intensive apps and games for prolonged periods, and is typically nothing to be concerned about. Have you encountered any notifications to inform you that the device is overheating, or experienced any performance issues as a result?

no notification to indicate heat but feels really hot

If you download good guardians then thermal guardian within it you can see what is causing the heating, you can also reduce the temperature which thermal throttling occurs to reduce how hot the phone gets
