Hi, am using dual messenger option to use two whatsapp account , primary whatsapp working fine, but secondary whatsapp which is dual one is the issue , Data folder of that is not created in storage and i cant able to view images are videos in gallery which received through that whatsapp. please help me how to fix this , i traied resetting dual messenger and whatsapp as well but no use

Thank you. Is it still working for you? Can you check where the whatsapp media folder is located for the main whatsapp and the dual app whatsapp?

Both the media folders are merging together. Tried re-installing many times but the issue is not resolved. Samsung is yet to recognise this error. Seems like WhatsApp has created this issue so that people use their secondary app WhatsApp Business.

It's not perfect, but you can try this workaround to reach to your documents: Open WhatsApp Web or desktop, go to the chat where you have your documents, click on the three dots and then contact info. From there you can view the files and documents and download manually to your computer.
