No birthday code in 5 years.

I have never received a single birthday code since signed up for Samsung's newsletter etc 5+ years ago .Does anyone have the same issue?

I have been getting them by email - I just had a look at my last one, it only seems to be valid to use on Samsung.com, not the Samsung Shop app. Not sure but may be it depends on purchase history?

No, I got mine this year as usual, they come by email so make sure your email address is correct along with full details Samsung Account holds.

For those of you that are not receiving birthday discount codes, please try following the link below and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Below the Online Shop FAQ banner, and above the terms and condition section, you will see "Sign up for Samsung offers, news and get 15% off on your birthday". Click on 'Sign up' and follow the on-screen instructions, and this will make you eligible to receive future discount codes.
