I don't seem to have this beta programme's status option in Samsun Members setting. I want to withdraw but I don't have such an option in settings. How can I downgrade from this beta programme?

I think you are missing the point.

The oneUI6 beta has finished. Now the phone has had a recent update to OneUI6 ...this is the released version.

This is not a beta anymore.

But you cannot anymore go back to oneUI5 ... this it the Android 14 release for OneUI6 with the earlier OneUI5 now not available.

Smiley.

Hi Smiley,
Thank you for this. I didn't know about this. Since when has UI 6.0 changed from a beta programme to a proper update?

A few weeks ago for the S23 range. Some of the older S22 and S21 are now being updated.

Over time all the supported phones will get the update, if they are within the 3 or 4 year support window that samsung provide.

For the S21/22/23 phones then samsung will provide software support for 4 years. So with new android and security updates each month for the next few years for the S23.

P.s if you are having some problems with freezing or issues after the update then this might be an issue.

I would perform a wipe of the cache area if I were you... and then try to update and optimise all the apps using the guardians application.

Can't even do that as the screen is not responding, can't scroll, close apps or reset anything

Can you first power off by holding volume down and power buttons at the same time ?
