I don't seem to have this beta programme's status option in Samsun Members setting. I want to withdraw but I don't have such an option in settings. How can I downgrade from this beta programme?

What phone do you have?
It sounds like you are on the normal release software
Beta programs have ended for a lot of devices now.
Sp probably why you don't have the withdraw option anymore

I've got s23 but when I go on the settings of the device it says UI 6.0. The beta programme hasn't ended for me yet because the home panel hasn't changed back to the original one from UI 5.0

This is what I was saying before. There is no option to view the beta programme status. When you press onto it then it allows you to withdraw it. But I don't even have the option to begin with. The blue circled bit is where I've seen it before but now it's not there1701683196285.jpg

I can't even go back to UI 5 version either, can't do anything at all on my S23ultra, not even reboot or factory settings 😤😡

I can't even get into Samsung members app, as it says this S8 is in process of deleting all my data and can't delete secure folder on both devices as advised from customer services
