What device? If it's not in your app drawer go to settings, apps and check there. You could go to download the app in Play Store. If it's installed you will see this on the buttons. If it is, uninstall and reinstall the app.

The Watch Active does not have whatsapp.

Oh fair enough.....and how can i put it on normal mode..i just got the option on vibration thanks!

Go to Quick Settings (pull down from the top of the screen), go to settings, scroll down to sound and vibration and make your choice.

Indeed there is not an official whatsapp for The Watch Active, however it is possible to receive notifications by pairing .
