App icons messed up

Since the latest UI7 update on my S24 Ultra I started seeing weird stuff with my icons. Some just disappear and others show the wrong icon. I dont mean the app itself is affected, just the icon. The Gmail icon may show itself with the WhatsApp icon (and the text below still showing "gmail") or just not appear, as if invisible (again, the text description is showing).

This mixing of icons is seemingly random and changes when I go out and back in into the app group I created, but usually will show something from an app in a different group. Sometimes more than once.

This mixes up everything and makes it difficult to navigate.

I tried installing a new Theme and then going back to my previous one which helped for a few hours, but then the problem is back.

Below some screenshots of the icon change (LinkedIn in this case, but can be something else at another time) although I haven't seen at this moment any invisible icon.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi, have you tried clearing your cache partition, to see if this will correct the bug.

To clear your phone's cache partition:

1. Connect your phone to a PC.
2. Turn off your phone (it won't enter Recovery Mode if it's on).
3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Bixby/Power keys simultaneously.
4. Once the Android Recovery screen appears, release both buttons.
5. Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
6. Press the Power button to select it.
7. Use Volume Down to highlight "Yes," then press Power to confirm.
8. After the cache is cleared, press the Power button again to reboot your device.

Thanks for the idea. Had seen it posted elsewhere and tried it yesterday but today I'm seeing again the same problem.

Any other ideas or is it something Samsung or Google .essed up and I'll need to wait for some update?
