Hi,

After the One UI 6.1 update on my phone, the Customization Service is utilizing most of the battery every day. I stopped the service in the settings, but it is still running.

Things I have tried:

  1. Updated the Customization app from the Galaxy Store.
  2. Restarted my phone a few times.
  3. Ensured that the phone software is up to date.

Please help me stop the Customization Service.

Hmm I don't have that issue on my S23 Ultra. Something must be causing this drain on your phone specifically.Screenshot_20240728_061001_Device care_1000004478_1722143402.png

@Anonymous User: In this instance, please head to Settings > Apps > Customisation Service > Force stop > Disable, to see if this helps.

@AndrewLThanks for the information. I force stopped the service and it worked. I am able to see the customisation service in app list only after updating the app.
