Trying to get a refund for an app from the galaxy store that is no longer being supported , but updates are still coming to the Google play store version.
Raiaed a refund request, was told to contact the developer. I've already tried that and rhlltheybhave no access to the purchases on the galaxy store. But oh no, I can't actually reply to the support request I already raised.
Raise a new one and explain this. Get told I need to submit a bug report with my device logs. Why ?! What has that got to do with anything??
I go on live chat and get told they can't help because it's a different team. Yeah but you're in the same company !
