How can customer service for such a huge company be so garbage ?

Trying to get a refund for an app from the galaxy store that is no longer being supported , but updates are still coming to the Google play store version.

Raiaed a refund request, was told to contact the developer. I've already tried that and rhlltheybhave no access to the purchases on the galaxy store. But oh no, I can't actually reply to the support request I already raised. 

Raise a new one and explain this. Get told I need to submit a bug report with my device logs. Why ?! What has that got to do with anything?? 

I go on live chat and get told they can't help because it's a different team. Yeah but you're in the same company !
Honestly. Are these people brain dead ?

If the app is still getting updates on the play store but not the galaxy store, then it would appear that the developer no longer supports the galaxy store. Unless it's a Samsung app then I don't see what Samsung can do about it or why you would expect them to refund you. Many apps become obsolete for one reason or another. In This case it would seem that the developer as pulled the app from the galaxy store.

Not Samsung's strongest point I'm afraid.

Customer Service really does let them down.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.
