How to download backup from old phone

On support.samsungcloud.com I see that I use 3% of my cloud, I have access to those files by Samsung Gallery. But I also have a backup from an older phone. How do I view those files and what I have to do to get them?

Is the back up of your older phone saved to the Cloud or just on the phone itself?

Only on the cloud. I don't have the phone anymore.

@grgcos: If you go to Settings > Cloud and Accounts (this may be called Accounts and Backup or Samsung Cloud, depending on your Android version) > Backup and Restore > Restore Data, you should see a drop down box under 'Backup Device'. Simply tap on this an select your previous phone from the drop down list, and hit 'Restore' at the bottom of the page. I hope this helps.

@grgcos: Have you registered the same Samsung account to your new device that was on the old phone, as if not your previous backups won't be accessible?

Yes, I guess. Otherwise it wouldn't have shown it there, right?

Can you please tell me how to do it?
