Can't delete my daughter's Samsung account off her Phone

Hi my daughter has recently changed her number and hasn't changed her phone number on her Samsung account, so she can't delete her Samsung account off her old phone as it wants to send a verification code to her old number. I have tried everything i can think of to delete her account off her old phone. Does anyone know however to do this please? She has changed to an IPhone.

Put the old sim card in a different device and you should get the code

The contract has been cancelled so I then number has gone

Then there is no way to retreave it

Next time but an emergency number on it also so you can retrieve it

Common problem, Samsung needs to fix this bug so that the sim number is not hard coded to the phone. Its a major pain for me too and my sim never used the allocated number, ever but this stupid phones OS wasnt designed to ask. Its just designed to assume. Dumb dumb dumb
